Complete 4 bedroom new build complete with green roof, swimming pool and gym.
This project began with an under-developed house surrounded by overgrown greenery.
The old property has been demolished and the whole site reconfigured.
Like the other properties on the road, the impressive modern 4 bedroom family home with a family entertainment area will take centre stage at the front of the plot with a large sized swimming pool, decking area and gym annex taking up the space at the end of the plot finished with a beautifully landscaped garden.
Guildford, Surrey
Complete remodel, two storey side extension, new roof, single storey wrap around extension.
This project sits on a quiet private cul-de-sac surrounded by period properties and is the most under-developed
house on the road.
The existing dark, cold, isolated spaces will be opened up completely transforming the dwelling and bringing it up
to modern living standards. The grand entrance hall will feature a triple height space with open tread staircases and rooflights above flooding the entrance hall with natural light.
A well-sized master suite to the first floor and two further bedrooms in the loft space improve the capacity of the house
whilst the open plan living areas to the ground floor improve day to day living suited for a family and entertaining.
The external aesthetics are composed of white render coupled with black timber panelling creating a clean take on a
traditional vernacular which sits pleasingly amongst the neighbouring properties.
