This amazing Victorian property in the Guildford area went through a huge refurbishment to achieve the final finish to our clients specification.
The 12 month project consisted of external refurbishment of chimney stacks and outbuildings, installation of a bespoke kitchen, cinema room with wood panelling, a spectacular new Corten staircase and the kitchen/dining room featuring fantastic pocket doors.
The small outhouse has now been converted into a modern garage with workshop with storage space that most would dream of!
The angled brick piers at either end of the frame with the Iroko cladded timber doors which seamlessly wrap around into the property’s new fence, the results are amazing.
It was our great pleasure carry out this project for our clients.
We had lots of ideas but needed professional help to put it all into action and now there is no dead space; the design work is so clever. The communication was brilliant, we had a timeline, so we were able to see how things were progressing and when there was an issue, we appreciated the openness and honesty along with the alternative ways of addressing the issues, after all the house was falling down. Overall, the things we enjoy about the end result is that it is just so more practical there isn’t an inch of the house you can’t use on a daily basis and we also just love the quality. Everywhere you look there are just quality features.
