'First Steps’ To Working With TN Design & Build
CONCEPT
- 1. Concept

The Director and/or Senior Architect will visit the site and establish your key criteria to provide a proposal.
- 2. Survey
- Following appointment our team will conduct a laser measured survey of your property and produce the existing drawings.
- 3. Concept Plans
- The Architect will present plan options with a high level cost outline. You pick your preferred plan or favourite aspects.
- 4. Aesthetics
- We will present elevation options based on the preferred plan exploring a variety of architectural styles and details.
- 5. Fixed Design
- A full drawing pack will be produced based on your preferred design along with an updated outline cost of the scheme.
PLANNING
- 6. Liaison
- We Submit and manage the planning process discussing the scheme with Local Authority. Updates will be agreed in advance.
- 7. Specialists
- Following the planning approval the next stage is to appoint a structural engineer and any other consultants for their input.
BUILDING REGULATIONS
- 8. Building Regs

The building regs package provides construction plans, sections and notes suitable for building control approval.
- 9. Build Review
- The team will review the project now that is fully detailed and give you a cost for TN to undertake the build on site.
