Our client in Guildford, Surrey, entrusted us to bring their dream of a forever home to life. From the initial design phase through construction to the final handover of the keys, we managed every step of the journey to ensure a seamless and exceptional transformation.
This comprehensive project included:
- Full Renovation: A complete overhaul of the existing structure to align with the client’s aspirations.
- Double-Storey Side Extension: Providing significant additional space and functionality.
- Loft Conversion: Maximising available space for additional living areas.
- Single-Storey Extension: Creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.
Ground Floor
The new home now features a spacious open-plan kitchen, a utility room, and a home study overlooking the large garden. Additionally, there is an extra living room and a cozy sitting room, offering versatile spaces for relaxation and entertainment.
First Floor
The first floor boasts two large, spacious double bedrooms and a master suite, which includes a luxurious dressing room and a master ensuite. The ensuite is designed for comfort and elegance, featuring a walk-in shower, his-and-hers sinks, and a freestanding bath.
Second Floor
A second floor was added to accommodate two more double bedrooms and a well-appointed family bathroom, ensuring ample space for family and guests.
Feature Design Elements
The entrance hall was transformed into a welcoming space with a roof lantern above the stairwell, flooding the area with natural light and enhancing the sense of openness.
